How I work
In order to provide the most complete nutritional service to you, I recommend a minimum of 2 visits. Prior to the first visit, you will complete a questionnaire detailing your current diet, health concerns and conditions. In your first visit we will look at your diet, supplementation, exercise, health history, and overall lifestyle. I will then make constructive suggestions suited to your individual needs.
In our follow-up sessions we will discuss the outcomes of my suggestions and we will further adjust your diet and address any concerns you may have.

Meal planning
Meal Planning is designed to help take the stress and frustration out of planning nutritious meals for you and your family. For many, today's fast-paced lifestyle leaves little time for planning and preparing nutritious home-cooked meals. Last-minute grocery shopping, lack of ideas or inspiration and the all-too easy option of take-out can lead to an unhealthy and compromised diet. By using my Meal Planning service you will end up saving time and sanity, and ensure that you are providing nutritious and easy to prepare meals for you and your family.
Along with Meal Planning, the family sees nutrition at work in the home and can participate in the preparation and enjoyment of meals together while learning about healthy food choices, an education that will last for generations.
This service includes:
- an initial consultation to determine, among the topics listed above, current health concerns, food allergies, likes and dislikes. The meal plan will be carefully designed with these in mind.
- a complete nutritious meal plan for the week at the beginning of each week. This can be designed with the option that will include 3 meals a day and healthy snacks, or just focus on the dinner meal.
- A grocery list. The idea here is to shop for groceries once a week.
- Each meal comes with an easy to follow and prepare recipe
- Additional cooking tips
- Nutritional information that applies to that meal.
- 6 call-ins per week and unlimited emails with questions or concerns, etc.
The goal is for improved health, reduced stress and a greater enjoyment of food!
Healthy Lifestyle Coach and Motivator
For those who find it difficult sticking with any kind of a weight-loss, healthy lifestyle or fitness program, you are not alone! We often have a good idea of what areas of our life require attention and change in order to achieve increased well-being. However, knowing and doing are two very different things and change is often difficult and comes very slowly for many.
Some of the issues that will be addressed are healthy food choices, strategies for avoiding unhealthy food, over-eating, under-eating, weight-loss, poor eating habits, regular alcohol consumption, exercise, and stress reduction.
As a health coach, I will determine the necessary changes that are needed and devise a lifestyle plan for you that will focus on your particular needs. I will educate, motivate, encourage and remind you of your goals and how and when you can expect results.
Lifestyle Coaching Package includes (after an initial consultation):
- a schedule for each week outlining the shape of the week according to individual needs.
- Either: one 15 minute phone follow-up consultation each week; or, a 30 minute phone consultation every alternate week, depending on your needs.
Grocery Store Tours You may wander up and down the isles of the grocery store filling your cart realizing that you’re really not sure how to choose what’s healthiest for you or your family. During a grocery store tour, I can make you aware of the healthiest choices in each area of the store, explain how to read and understand food labels, and how to make the best of your dollar while making these healthier choices. I will inform you of other retailers or farms in your area that specialize in various quality foods, such as organic foods, including produce, beef, poultry, dairy, grain, bulk buying, etc. |
