 Two 1-hour sessions:  $100

Additional appointments are: $60 per hour

 Single person  Complete Meal Planning  $200 per month ($50 per week)

                         Dinners only                    $100 per month

 Family            Complete Meal Planning  $300 per month ($75 per week)

                        Dinner only                      $200 per month

Rates for Lifestyle Coaching Package:

 Initial consultation:  90 min. $75.00

2 or 4 phone consults per month (total 1 hr.) = $60.00
